Make sure to check your inbox and Spam / Junk / Filtered mailboxes
for all the info you need to access the Library!
Please note:
The system may sometimes take 12-24 hours to process and send your login info, so don't be concerned if you don't receive it straight away.
If you haven't received it after 24 hours, please check your Spam folder, and then contact me if it is not there.
After you have signed up, you should receive:
1 x automated email to set up your login details from the Systeme.io software (this is how you will access the Library content!)
2 x automated onboarding emails.
1. First, you'll get the link to access all parts of your membership, and the essential info.
2. The next day, you'll get links with detailed descriptions of each part of your membership so you can get the most out of your time here!
Please save all these emails so you can access all info easily anytime!
You don't need to take in all the information straight away, but it's there if you need it in future, anytime you have a question please refer to these emails before contacting me :)
Important note regarding CANCELLING / ENDING / PAUSING your membership:
Managing your subscription is your responsibility. Just like Netflix or any other subscription service, you have the power to cancel anytime.
You can cancel your membership any time from your student account, after logging in:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click Manage My Subscriptions
3. Click on the 3 dots and select Cancel Subscription.
These instructions will also be sent in your onboarding emails and are also at the bottom of the main Library page.
Please ensure you keep your login details, all emails & links, so that you can manage your subscription as needed.
